You will be accountable for regional people strategy, industrial relations, talent management, and workforce planning to drive business objectives and a unified culture.■Main tasks include:・Driving the overall regional people strategy and operations.・Leading employee and industrial relations and negotiations.・Overseeing talent management and succession planning initiatives.・Managing regional people budgets and compensation frameworks.・Promoting a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.・Ensuring full compliance with local employment laws and governance.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Academic Qualifications
• A degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline
Knowledge, Skills and Training and Experience
• 10+ years’ experience in a complex Human Resource environment
• Practical expertise in all areas of Human Resources
• Demonstrably strong mediation, conflict management, influencing, and negotiation
skills
• Exemplary relationship building skills with the ability to partner equally with senior
leaders as well as junior team members
• Demonstrated experience in industrial and employee relations, with a strong
understanding of labor regulatory frameworks, industrial disputes, and evolving
workforce trends across Japan, Korea and Taiwan
• Experience in managing complexity across geographies and hierarchies
• Demonstrably strong sensitivity to cross cultural awareness
• Superior communication skills across multiple channels being sensitive of cultural
considerations
• Has a future focused approach and the proven ability to drive change
• Ability to speak Japanese, Putonghua, or Korean is an advantage whilst English is a
requirement
